What is MSPC Flooring?

MSPC Flooring Structure
MSPC Flooring, also called Melamine SPC Flooring, use ultra-wear-resistant diamond décor paper as top layer instead of film paper, which is same décor color as laminate flooring. It is the most innovative and valuable products.
The top layer we call it Max Diamond Layer, which melamine decor paper is impregnated by special technology, which makes the melamine paper is super high wear-resistance and anti-scratching. Wear-resistance level is from AC3 to AC5.
SPC core is waterproof and 100% virgin material, greater stability and flexibility than WPC and vinyl plank flooring.
Rigid Tensile Layer which is helpful in balancing the internal strength of the three layers in case of curling problems.
Underlayment, IXPE/EVA/Cork. This is recommended as it will upgrade the whole product quality and promote the image definitely.

    Registered Embossment Textures: we have 20+ different registered embossment textures and 200+ different colors;

  • What is MSPC Flooring lead time ？

    When we have inventory decor paper, lead time is about 20 days; 
    When the decor paper is not our inventory paper, lead time is about 35 days.

    Colors on SPC floorings are different materials with MSPC Flooring, therefore we can not use SPC flooring color onto MSPC Flooring.
