• UV coating: Our factory has different UV coating options, such as ceramic bead UV coating, which is better on anti-scratch resistance; Anti-bacterial UV coating, which plays a good protection in effectively inhibiting the growth of microorganisms on the surface of the flooring; Anti-stain UV coating makes the flooring surface marks can be wiped more easily; 

• Wear Layer: Our factory has different kind of wear layers according to our buyers' detailed requirement. Domestic wear layer normally is from 0.2mm to 0.3mm, commercial wear layer is from 0.5mm to 0.7mm;

• Decor Film Layer: Our factory has hundreds of design and color options, what's more our factory is always developing new designs per month; 

• LVT Layer: This layer total thickness normally is from 0.8mm to 2mm by different LVT layers such as Top layer, middle layer and bottom layer; 

• WPC Core:  Regular thickness is from 4mm to 8mm, which density is 900kgs/M3; 

• Padding: This is optional. There are different materials can be chosen such as IXPE, EVA and cork, which thickness is from 1mm to 2mm.
