Structure
Wear Layer: It is made of aluminum oxide. Wear Layer's gram weight leads to different wear reistance, such as AC1, AC2, AC3, AC4, AC5.
Decor Layer: This layer gives your floor the appearance of natural wood or natural tile outlooking. The decor papers need to be melamined before pressing.
HDF Core: This is the main cost of laminate flooring, HDF (high density fibreboard) has different thickness and quality levels.Our HDF density is 880kgs/M3 for 8mm and 850kgs/M2 for 12mm. All our HDF cores are produced by continuous press equipment, which can make sure the core is better at quality controlling such as thickness, flatness, surface bonding strength,internal bonding strength.
Balance Layer: This layer is to keep the laminate planks flat and balanced, and prevents bending and warping issue.
